Terms and Conditions – Refunds and Returns Policy

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund subject to the conditions outlined below.
  2. Return Period You may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
  3. Items Eligible for Return Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.
  4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Digital downloads
  1. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support within the specified return period to request a return authorisation.
  2. Our support team will provide you with instructions on returning the item, including the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
  1. Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
  • If the item meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 7  business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs, based on the situation.
  2. Refund Exceptions We reserve the right to deny a refund or deduct a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet the return criteria or if it is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or inadequate packaging during the return shipping.
  3. Exchange Policy At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you will need to place a new order.
